Over the years, he has developed several internationally recognized hotels and restaurants from scratch, including Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton, Comfort Suites by Choice Hotels, Candlewood Suites by Intercontinental Hotel Group, La Quinta Inn, two Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton hotels, Towneplace Suites by Marriott, Denny's diner, Prime 109 Steakhouse, Mas Fuego Mexican Restaurant, Bennigan's restaurant, and several Subway stores. Narender is renowned for his visionary approach to business, which is evidenced by his establishment of an independent brand of sophisticated, upscale steakhouse restaurants in the heart of Silicon Valley. Moreover, Narender continues to expand his hotel portfolio and has been pre-approved for top hotel brands, such as Embassy Suites Hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels, and Hyatt.
Amita is a person who is held in high regard for her warm and welcoming nature. Her affable personality makes her well-liked by all the employees. She has a strong educational background, having earned a Master's degree in Economics, as well as a double Master's degree in Education. As an executive administrator for the Business Unlimited Group, Amita oversees critical areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
One of Amita's unique talents is her exceptional taste in interior design and decorations. Her keen eye for design allows her to contribute great ideas towards the decoration and color schemes of the company's premises. Amita's expertise in hospitality management and her ability to create inviting environments make her a valuable asset to the Business Unlimited Group.
Anshul has played a crucial role in the hospitality industry, specifically in the area of new construction projects. His responsibilities include overseeing various aspects such as creating projections, securing institutional financing, communicating with franchisors and contractors, zoning, architecture, construction, preplanning, marketing, sales, and attending all franchiser orientations and conferences.
Anshul's success in developing new project pro-forma and financial return analysis is vital in achieving specific projects or ownership goals. He continuously collaborates with all building departments and design consultants on design issues and specifications while maintaining total project budget.
Furthermore, Anshul's expertise extends beyond construction and design. As a digital marketing problem solver, he has been at the forefront of managing the day-to-day brand management, E-mail communications and CRM, print and digital advertising, reporting and analytics, online brand reputation and review management, video and photography shoots, marketing plan completion, and annual budget.

Tiffany's passion for hospitality began during her college years when she worked in various roles at hotels and resorts. After graduating with a degree in Business, she moved to Casper, WY, where she began her journey with Hampton Inn and Suites Casper as the Assistant General Manager. With her exceptional skills in hotel operations, guest relations, and revenue management, she quickly rose through the ranks to become General Manager after the JJM Group Hotels acquired the property in October 2005.
Over the past decade, Tiffany has been instrumental in the development and construction of four new hotels and one restaurant, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Her expertise in hotel management has also proved invaluable in assisting with brand conversions, PIPs (Property Improvement Plans), and renovations, where she oversaw each project's planning, budgeting, and execution.
Tiffany's extensive regional hotel management skillset includes a deep understanding of hotel operations, financial management, revenue optimization, human resources, and guest services. Her leadership and management style have earned her a reputation for building strong, collaborative teams, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. With her unwavering commitment to excellence and her passion for hospitality, Tiffany is a valuable asset to any hotel management team.
